Florida Institute of Technology ~ Undergraduate and graduate programs are offered at the Florida Institute of Technology (FIT), including in the fields of the College of Aeronautics, College of Business, College of Engineering, College of Science, College of Psychology and Liberal Arts, and Extended Studies. Stetson University ~ Florida’s first private university, Stetson University (SU), founded in 1883, has two campuses and two satellite centers in the Central Florida region. The beautiful 175-acre Deland campus is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Undergraduate, graduate, and law degrees are available at SU.
